Your job is more than a job
Keeping the financial heartbeat of the LCMC Health steady and in rhythm, as a Cash Management Representative, you’re a vital member of the financial health team, receiving, processing and posting all payments and adjustments, ensuring payments are applied to outstanding balances, researching billing issues and communicating with patients for payment resolution. You work closely with billing, accounting, and patient services to ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
But it’s more than just math and money. You’re ensuring resources are allocated properly for patient care and other operational needs, while also simplifying, explaining and finding financial resolution for patients during what may be a stressful time in their healthcare journey. That’s why you take numbers seriously and add people skills, professional attitude, and financial integrity for a grand total of YOU. To sum it up, let’s just say how much we love that about you.
Your experiences, knowledge, skills, empathy, team mentality, and your “little something extra” all add up to you. And we’re excited to get to know you and find out what you’ll bring to this detail-oriented cash management role.
