Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Agreeing to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply whenever you use medicalbillinghires.com (“MedicalBillingHires,” “we,” “us”).

By browsing jobs, reading any page on the site or purchasing a listing, you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree, please do not use MedicalBillingHires.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a listing or to apply for a job through the site.

2. The scope of our service

MedicalBillingHires is a job board for medical billing, medical coding and healthcare revenue-cycle positions, such as medical billers, coders, CDI and health information staff, prior authorization and patient access specialists, AR and denials staff, credentialing specialists and billing or revenue-cycle managers. We do not provide billing, coding, auditing or consulting services, we do not submit claims, and we offer no professional, compliance or reimbursement advice to employers, job seekers or anyone else.

All we do is publish job listings and career information.

We are not the employer of anyone hired from a listing, we are not a recruiting agency or staffing company, and we are not a party to any job relationship between an applicant and an employer.

We do not vet, interview or vouch for candidates or employers, and we do not guarantee that any listing will result in a hire or that any application will result in a job offer.

3. Sources of job listings

Every listing on MedicalBillingHires is either purchased and submitted by an employer or collected from a job page the employer has published openly.

In both cases, the employer, not MedicalBillingHires, answers for the accuracy of the job description, pay, credential requirements and other details.

A collected billing or coding listing can be edited or filled on the employer's site before our copy reflects it.

When you click Apply you leave MedicalBillingHires for the employer's application page, where the employer's own terms and privacy policy govern.

4. Purchasing a listing

  • Every paid listing is a one-time charge at the price shown on the pricing page and is never renewed automatically.
  • The Growth and Brand slot plans are the only recurring purchases; we set them up with you directly, bill them monthly, and you may end either plan whenever you like.
  • Card payments for MedicalBillingHires listings run through Stripe, so your full card number never reaches our servers.
  • A listing is published when checkout finishes, remains live for 30 days and then expires automatically.
  • We handle refund requests according to the Refund Policy.
  • By posting, you represent that the position is real and currently open, that the listing is accurate and lawful, and that it complies with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination rules and any state or local pay transparency law that covers the job.
  • We may reject, modify or remove any listing that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, assigned to the wrong role or otherwise in breach of these Terms. Listings removed for breaching these Terms are not refunded.

5. Acceptable use

As a user of MedicalBillingHires, you will not:

  • submit listings that are false, misleading or a scam, or that advertise something other than a genuine job;
  • scrape, copy or bulk-download listings or other site content for republication without our written consent;
  • disrupt the site, probe or enter systems and data you have no right to use, or try to get a listing without paying for it;
  • use the site to send spam or unsolicited promotional messages;
  • pose as someone else, as a practice or billing company you do not represent, or claim a tie to an employer that you lack.

6. Career and salary content is general information

The career guides, salary pages and certification pages on MedicalBillingHires provide general information about working in medical billing, coding and the revenue cycle.

This content is not legal, tax, coding, compliance, reimbursement or other professional advice, and it may not reflect the latest code set updates, payer policies, CMS rules or credentialing requirements.

Salary figures are estimates drawn from the sources we cite and are not a guarantee of any wage.

Before relying on information about a certification or credential, check it with the organization that issues it.

7. Ownership of content

The site's written content, design and brand are owned by MedicalBillingHires or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Employers retain ownership of the listing content they submit and grant us a license to display, format and distribute it, including in search engine job results, as needed to operate the site.

Practice, company and facility names and logos that appear in listings belong to the organizations they identify.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

MedicalBillingHires is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are accurate or current, or that employers and applicants are who they claim to be.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedicalBillingHires is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, including hiring decisions, employment relationships and application outcomes.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the site is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you made no payments.

10. Indemnification

Employers will indemnify and hold MedicalBillingHires harmless from any claim arising out of a listing they publish, including claims that the listing is false, unlawful or discriminatory, and from any claim arising out of their hiring practices.

11. Revisions to MedicalBillingHires and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of MedicalBillingHires at any time.

We may also update these Terms, and we will change the “Last updated” date above when we do.

Continuing to use the site after an update is posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Material changes to the terms for paid listings apply only to purchases made after the change takes effect.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MedicalBillingHires is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
