A single MedicalBillingHires listing is a one-time charge that never renews, and it goes live the moment you finish checking out.
Billers, coders and RCM job seekers can view it right away, so refunds without a stated reason are limited to a short window.
Mistakes on our side of the billing are corrected no matter when you notice them.
When we charged you in error, you get all of it back
- You were charged more than once for one listing.
- Your payment went through, but a technical problem on our end stopped the listing from going live.
- A payment you never made, once we verify that you did not authorize it.
Changed your mind? You have 48 hours
Reach out no later than 48 hours after payment and we will remove the job and refund every cent.
No reason is needed.
Once 48 hours have passed
By then your job has been visible to billing and coding candidates for two full days, which is what the purchase covers, so the charge becomes final.
Filling the seat early does not restart the refund window.
If your new coder or biller accepts an offer in the first week, we will close the listing on request, but unused days from the 30-day run are not refunded.
If your situation is unusual, write to us anyway and we will consider it on its own merits.
What does not qualify
- A job we removed for violating our Terms & Conditions, for example misleading pay, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful hiring language, a made-up employer or an unlawful job.
- Fewer applicants than you hoped for, or applicants without the CPC, CCS or other credential you required. We publish and promote your listing, but we do not promise any particular number of applicants or that you will make a hire.
Requesting a refund
Email [email protected] from the email you paid with and include the job title and your Stripe receipt number.
If approved, the money is returned to the card used at checkout.
Stripe usually shows the credit within 5–10 business days, though timing varies by bank.
