This policy describes the information MedicalBillingHires (medicalbillinghires.com) collects, how that information is used and the choices you have about it.
The short version: coders, billers and other revenue-cycle job seekers browse without signing up, and their applications travel straight to the hiring employer instead of passing through us.
The personal data we keep comes from employers who purchase listings, along with the basic server data that every site generates.
Information we receive
- Employers purchasing a listing: the details entered in the job form, meaning the practice, billing company or organization name, a contact name and email address, and the job information (title, description, location, pay and application link). The job details are made public; the contact name and email are kept private and are not shown on any listing.
- Payments: checkout is run by Stripe. You type your card details into Stripe's form, they are not sent to MedicalBillingHires, and we receive only confirmation that the payment succeeded plus receipt information. For Stripe's practices, read Stripe's privacy policy.
- Job seekers: only standard server data. MedicalBillingHireshas no applicant profiles or logins. The Apply button sends you to the employer's application, so your resume, credentials and answers are delivered to that employer, not to us.
- Server data: like most sites, our hosting provider logs basic details of each request, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep MedicalBillingHires secure and online.
- Support emails: we keep messages you send us so we can reply and refer back to earlier conversations.
How the information is used
- Publishing and managing the job listings employers pay for.
- Contacting employers about their listings, for example receipts, expiration notices, requested changes and support replies.
- Operating, securing and improving MedicalBillingHires.
- Complying with our legal obligations, including tax records.
MedicalBillingHires does not sell personal information, and it does not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
There are no advertising trackers on MedicalBillingHires.
We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand site-wide trends such as page views and referring websites. We look at those numbers only in aggregate and do not use them to profile individual visitors.
Cookies are limited to those required for the site to function, including the ones Stripe uses during checkout.
Vendors we rely on
A small number of vendors support MedicalBillingHires: Stripe for payments, plus providers for hosting and database storage.
These vendors process data only to provide their services to us.
Published listings are also made available to search engines such as Google Jobs, which see the public listing text but never the employer's private contact information.
Retention of listing and payment records
We retain employer listing and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
Expired listings that no longer appear on MedicalBillingHires can remain in our database.
You can request deletion of your information at any time by following the process described below.
Privacy rights
Laws in some places, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR, may give you the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Once we verify that a request is legitimate, we will respond within the time required by the applicable law.
We will not penalize or discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Minors
MedicalBillingHires serves employers and working adults in healthcare billing and coding.
The site is not intended for people younger than 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
