Support

Send any question to [email protected]; a real person reads every message and writes back.

Include the job title and the practice, billing company or organization name so we can pull up the right post quickly.

If your question is about a charge, adding the Stripe receipt number from your email speeds things up.

For practices, billing companies and other employers

  • Posting a job — go to Post a Job, and your opening goes live as soon as Stripe approves the payment. The pricing page compares Standard, Featured and the monthly plans side by side.
  • Editing or closing a listing — email us from the address you paid with and say which job it is. We can update the pay range, required credentials (CPC, CCS, RHIT and similar), specialty or setting, remote or on-site status, productivity expectations and schedule, or remove the listing once the seat is filled.
  • Payments and refunds — the refund policy lists what is eligible; include your Stripe receipt number when you ask so we can find the payment right away.

For billers, coders and revenue-cycle job seekers

  • Applying— when you hit Apply, you land on the hiring organization's application form or email address. Your resume and responses go straight to them, and we do not receive or keep a copy. Ask the employer about coding tests, credential verification, background checks, interview scheduling and start dates.
  • Reporting a listing — if a job looks like a scam, lists pay or credential requirements that differ from the employer's own posting, or is no longer open, send us the job title and employer name and we will review it.
  • Cost — free. Browsing and applying never require an account or a payment.
