Beverly Hospital—part of the Lahey Health System—is a community-based hospital with 10 operating rooms on our main campus and 4 ORs at our Danvers Surgery Center, supporting a wide range of surgical specialties. We’re looking for a detail‑driven coordinator to support OR billing, administrative operations, and perioperative workflow in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily OR billing and charge entry in Epic (within 24 hours)
• Review and correct case records, anesthesia and recovery times
• Serve as a liaison across perioperative departments
• Support payroll, meetings, scheduling, and administrative functions
• Ensure vendor and product billing compliance
• Assist OR leadership with day‑to‑day operational needs

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of perioperative services experience with administrative responsibilities
• Knowledge of healthcare or surgical billing practices
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic OR environment and learning new systems

Schedule Details

• 40 hours, day shift
• On‑call: Yes
• Shift rotation: Yes
• Weekends: Yes (on‑call)
• Hours may vary based on departmental needs
