Shift Details: Hours will vary between a start time of 6:30 am and end time of 6pm, depending on day of the week. Employee must be available to work the hours the clinic is open. Holidays and Weekends: NONE

Job Summary:

The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field is required. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary. EDUCATION REQUIRED: None. EDUCATION PREFERRED: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. TRAINING REQUIRED: None. TRAINING PREFERRED: None. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. SPECIAL SKILLS PREFERRED: Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred. LICENSURE REQUIRED: None.LICENSURE PREFERRED: None.
